CES
Engineering, Inc.,
was formed in 1990 based on the perception by Michael Cammisa, P.E. that
industry -- particularly smaller industries -- were unable to find competent
environmental engineering and industrial engineering services that reflected an
industrial perspective and that understood industrial processes.
Also, even large corporations that have in-house environmental
engineering talent would frequently use outside environmental and industrial
engineering services to supplement in-house capabilities providing that they
could expect to receive results comparable to those achieved using corporate
personnel.
In
order to facilitate the every growing demand for such services, CES Engineering,
Inc. was founded in February of 1991 by Michael D. Cammisa, P.E. to offer
environmental and engineering services to a variety of industries.
While CES Engineering maintains its central office in Tampa, Florida, CES has
provided services in both the domestic and the international marketplace.
Over
the years, CES Engineering has performed a wide range of industrial engineering
and environmental services. Areas of specialization included industrial systems
design, wastewater treatment system design, and air pollution testing by EPA
methods, environmental compliance and permitting.
These services range from project inception and execution through
construction and start-up in a variety of environmental, industrial, commercial
and municipal fields. CES Engineering, Inc. has assembled an efficient work-team
representing diverse engineering and environmental engineering skills.

CES
utilizes the expertise of our staff within their specialized fields and is
committed to continuous education and learning in the ever changing

Over the past 10 years, CES Engineering, Inc. has serviced hundreds of contracts
of all sizes, from
the design of a 100,000 square
foot wire and cable processing facility to plant process design and systems
improvements in a wide variety of industries.

array of industrial designs, which are utilized in conjunction with
environmental compliance. This gives CES an edge over conventional environmental
engineering firms, since the majority of environmental compliance relies on
